Andrew Mead is the VP of Sales and Marketing at SoundLine Communications and Co-Founder of VanLent Design. Andrew blends strategic insight with heart-centered leadership. His mission is to help individuals and organizations achieve their goals from a place of love—building resilient teams, empowering visionaries, and fostering thriving communities. coaching for Business and Non-Profit Leaders —each role reinforcing his belief that authentic leadership begins with empathy, clarity, and purpose.

Jerica Tucker is on the Philanthropy Team with Big Brothers Big Sisters as their Events Manager. With over 23 years of organizational leadership, amongst several different industries. Her role involves building partnerships with industry leaders, managing budgets & curating meaningful connections. Currently based in Seattle, Jerica is a successful Force Multiplier and PR professional, working with Seattle’s top high-end clients.
