Time: 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM PDT

In this series of 3 free workshops, join guest artists by the river for interactive workshops that highlight some of the many ways nature can show up in writing and storytelling. Whether you're a song writer, poet, storyteller, reader, or just plain word nerd, these sessions will inspire you and give you tools to think about nature and weave it into your writing. Bring a notebook and your favorite writing tools. This workshop, the first in the series, will feature Coast Salish storyteller and water rights activist Paul Chiyokten Wagner (Saanich First Nations).
